Q: Do you ship across Canada and the USA?
A: Yes! We offer fast, affordable shipping across Canada and the USA, including major regions like Ontario, Alberta, BC, Quebec, Florida, Texas, and California.

Q: Do you ship to Mexico?
A: If you are in Mexico, please contact us directly to confirm shipping availability and any additional terms.

Q: How fast is your shipping?
A: Most orders ship out within 1-2 business day. We offer express delivery options depending on your location and part availability.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes — we offer free 24/7 local pickup from our Brampton, Ontario location. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup instructions by email or text.
Orders placed before 4 pm on weekdays and 12 pm on Saturdays are available the same or next day.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes. All our prices are wholesale-level, whether you’re buying 1 item or 100. No reseller account or bulk minimum is required.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and debits cards. We do not offer credit. For any enquiry, please contact us.


Parts & Fitment

Q: How do I know a part fits my truck?
A: Each product page includes compatible engine models. If you’re unsure, contact us with your engine model, and our experts will confirm fitment before you order.

Q: Do you offer genuine OEM parts?
A: Yes. We carry both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Each listing clearly indicates the part type. Products with brand “888 Truck Part” are specially manufactured for us.

Q: Can I request parts not listed on the website?
A: Absolutely. If you don’t see what you need, use our Contact page or call us. We can source or custom order many hard-to-find diesel components.


Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the part is unused and in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.

Q: Do your parts come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all parts sold by us are backed by our 6-month limited warranty (from date of purchase).
– The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What it covers: The cost of the part only.
What it does NOT cover: Labour costs, diagnostic time, installation/removal expenses, shipping costs for returns, damage due to misuse/modification/accident, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning a part for warranty inspection or replacement.

For certain products, alternate warranty terms may apply and will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
